Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, and payment schedule. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide content, brand materials, and timely feedback. Delays in feedback may shift the launch date.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own your website, content, and domain. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is optional and billed separately. Coverage and response times are described in your maintenance agreement.
